Why Folia Files
The Finder does the basics well. People who move files all day end up juggling windows, extra apps and subscriptions. Folia Files puts panes side by side, servers and clouds, search inside files and the everyday tools in one native app.
How it is made
A native Mac app written in Swift with AppKit and SwiftUI, for macOS 14 or later, universal (Apple silicon and Intel), in eight languages.
Files come first: every copy, move and rename can be undone, and when a file is replaced, the old one goes to the Trash only once the new one is complete.
What we don't do
No subscription and no account: $49.99 once for up to 3 Macs, every future update included, with a 7-day free trial. No tracking: indexing, text recognition and AI run on your Mac. Crash reports are anonymous and can be turned off in Settings.
